Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026

1. Short version

This website runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising or tracking pixels, and asks you for nothing. There is no form on it. The only personal data we receive from this website is the data you choose to put in an email to us, plus the technical request data any web server necessarily sees.

The long version below explains that properly, including the one third party your browser contacts when it loads our pages.

2. Scope

This policy covers the website at jeihub.com and email correspondence sent to the address published on it.

It does not cover the separate online stores operated by the Company's brands. Those stores collect order, payment and delivery data in order to sell you something, they do use cookies, and each of them publishes its own privacy policy that governs your relationship with it. If you bought from one of our brands, that store's policy is the one that applies to your purchase.

3. Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is J&I Digital Solutions LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), which trades on this website as J&I Hub. You can reach us about any privacy matter at contact@jeihub.com.

4. What we collect

Technical request data

Like every website, ours is delivered by a server that necessarily receives the technical details of your request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the referring page where one exists, and your browser's user-agent string. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver the page, to protect the site against abuse and denial-of-service attacks, and to produce aggregate traffic counts. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not attempt to identify you from it.

What you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

What we do not do

  • We run no analytics product on this website — no Google Analytics, no alternative.
  • We set no cookies of our own. See the Cookie Policy.
  • We carry no advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels on this website.
  • We operate no login, account, newsletter or contact form here, so there is nothing to sign up to.
  • We do not sell, rent or share personal data for anyone else's marketing.

5. Why, and on what basis

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in publishing and securing a website and in answering people who write to us. Where you have written to us in order to enter into or perform an agreement, we also rely on Article 6(1)(b). Where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation, we rely on Article 6(1)(c).

6. Who else is involved

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short, and this is all of it:

  • Our hosting and network provider serves the pages and protects the site. It processes the technical request data described above on our instructions.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google's font service. Making that request discloses your IP address and user-agent to Google, which states that it does not use those requests to create profiles or serve advertising. If this matters to you, a content blocker will stop the request and the site will still work, in a fallback typeface.
  • Our email provider transmits and stores correspondence sent to our published address.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to a successor in the event of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

7. How long we keep it

Server and security logs are kept by our provider for a short period, typically measured in days, and then discarded or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for the matter it concerns and for as long afterwards as we may need it to meet a legal or accounting obligation or to defend a claim, after which it is deleted.

8. International transfers

The Company is established in the United States and its service providers operate global infrastructure, so personal data connected with this website may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You may ask us for details.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it, including any processing based on legitimate interests; to receive it in a portable form; and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.

If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@jeihub.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows and may need to ask you for enough information to confirm who you are. Note that a request about an order you placed with one of our brands is usually handled fastest by that store.

10. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. It holds no database, no account system and no stored personal records — a deliberate choice, since data that is never collected cannot be breached. Correspondence is held in access-controlled mailboxes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information by email unless we have asked you to.

11. Children

This website is directed to businesses and adults. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here is the version in force, and the effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected in that date.

13. Contact and complaints

Privacy questions and requests go to contact@jeihub.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your personal data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address it first.
